STONE GABLES ESTATE
Our Mission Statement
Family:
We value the individuals, families, staff, and guests of Ironstone Ranch and The Star Barn Village recognizing them as the building blocks of success for our business, the community, and our world. We embrace God-honoring events that seek to build the family. We respect each individual as a member of our global community, as created in the image and likeness of God, and we will not tolerate discrimination against any one person. We provide marriage-related services as ordained by God's Word, the Holy Bible, that are consistent with the written truth that marriage is the union of one man and one woman.
Humility:
We recognize that each associate, vendor, and guest plays an integral role in the overall success of Ironstone Ranch and The Star Barn Village.
Servant Leadership:
Every staff leader at Ironstone Ranch and The Star Barn Village is commissioned to nurture, lead, and develop the potential of those associates and valued guests which they have the opportunity to serve.
Quality:
Ironstone Ranch and The Star Barn Village strive to deliver the highest quality, result, service,
and product to our esteemed vendors and guests. We endeavor to create a memorable experience.
Profitability:
We have both the privilege and responsibility to produce profits that are shared worldwide to impact needy children at home and abroad. "Events with a Purpose."
Integrity:
The moral and ethical principles derived from God's heart and His Word can never be compromised in any way at Ironstone Ranch and The Star Barn Village. The value of integrity must be lived out in both personal and corporate life.
No public funds, no state grants or federal monies, or donations were accepted or used for the total purchase, move, and restoration of The Star Barn Village and all the historic structures at Stone Gables Estate. One hundred percent (100%) was paid for by David Abel in his efforts to preserve the beloved architectural structures in Pennsylvania.
We believe that all people have the free will right to have a set of beliefs that they have faith in and to live them out without forcing others to participate in those belief events that are in direct opposition to the core faith belief tenets of the other. Our nation's founding fathers knew that there would be differences in faith beliefs, so they wrote into the Constitution of the United States the First Amendment which fully protects the free exercise of one's faith beliefs without imposing that on another. We are a nation founded on religious freedom, not freedom from religion. We are one nation under God, not over God. We pray that here in Lancaster County, in the state of Pennsylvania, we can be a model for the country and the world, welcoming all without discrimination, and respecting the differences in each person's beliefs and the way they live them out. Supporting each other's businesses in Lancaster County, and the state of Pennsylvania, without discrimination, is a model the world needs.
We believe that all the world's 7.7 billion human beings were created in the image and likeness of God and we will not tolerate discrimination nor have we allowed it against any one person. We do not label people with titles or letters because all people are welcome to our public events, to work at our businesses, and stay at our lodging accommodations. In 43 years of business, with over 600 associates, we have never discriminated against anyone.
